Craft Classes
Available at Ben Franklin / Ace Hardware
Pre-register for all classes at the fabric table. At that time you will receive a materials list for the class and a coupon for 10% off of your purchase for your supplies. If you are going to miss a class that you have registered for please call 895‐2370 to let us know. Payment for classes is made to the teacher at the beginning of each class.
Crochet class , Tuesdays from 6:00 – 7:30pm, fee: $10.00 per class + materials.
- Learn the basic stitches, how to read a pattern and then start a project.
Quilt class , Wednesdays 6:00 – 8:30pm, fee $20.00 per class + materials.
- Learn to rotary cut with teacher prior to class. Find out what quilt is being done next and when that class will begin. Some projects are done in 3 to 6 classes. You will bring in your sewing machine and receive instructions and step by step teaching.
Beading class , Fridays 6:30 – 8:30pm, Saturdays 10am-12pm, fee: $30.00 per class + materials.
- Projects are posted in the store, so that you may register for the projects you are most interested in.
Art class , Monday and Thursday from 10:00am to noon, fee: $20.00 per class.
- Topics covered: perspective, composition, balance, shading, color theory and color temperature and creating drama in your work.
- Media: may be graphite, colored pencil, pastel, acrylic, watercolor, gouache, or watercolor pencil.
